The most damaging PL combo I've found is 236H+K > BT K > 6K > PPPK
For easier timing, you can use 236H+K > BT P > BT K > PPP46P. If your timing is a bit off, use PPPK instead for just 2 points less.
They were pretty much nerfs. Jumping holds are often more damaging than other holds, so apart from people that may have used advanced holds or holds that lead into juggles, they were all nerfs.

Those Nyo changes are underwhelming, plus slightly bad. The only good thing is that the kick from Hiten PK is now mid. Still, she could have used some buffs.
I could just do with shorter recovery on her cancels (66P+K, 3PK4), for HKS P to track, and better crushing properties to her BKT.
66H+K bouncing would be the best, but it's unlikely we'll ever see that again. Sad, really.
Pai damage optimized for lightweight characters. All damage shown is guaranteed except for the combos following 66P after 24T. They are all one guess combos, used to bait holds and grant greater damage.
One missing combo, though, is her standard juggle after that CB. It is 66 > 33P+K > P > P >...
If you want easier juggles, you can just use the normal jab. Her higher damage ones sometimes require the special jab, but don't fret it.
P > PPKK works just fine, as does 9K, 6KP7K
