Well, that is the official... I'm pretty sure of my speculation here, I mean, as a company, there is no way they did not think about that. Even if they delayed PC's version for the purpose you mentioned, I'm sure they will take as much advantages as possible. Hence the early DLCs

Well, I bet that they will try to make as much DLS as possible before PC version release guys. They are pretty afraid to see their DLC market goes down due to piratage, so it would be a tactical decision to make as much money as possible before that. I also see it as reason why they delayed PC...
