    I do it to hide directional presses that will turn into stepping and give away a strike I want to do. Hayabusa is slow so he doesn’t have great options to open with. I also mash T to skip intros so that can look like block too if I don’t stop quickly enough.

    Input lag is a given as the PS4 itself causes input delay. Some issue with the OS. Connectivity is a crapshoot though on either console and even PC. I avoid WiFi players most of the time and it’s solid but I’ve had some good fights with WiFi players too.

    I fought a friend of mine who uses Helena earlier and man does she benefit from the system changes lol. Honoka too, though her damage isn’t that great without the stage helping. But yeah overall I agree with you; pretty much everyone got better.

    For what it’s worth, DoA is a niche franchise and they locked a fan favorite character to the Digital Deluxe version in a lot of territories, and digital isn’t counted in that report. Food for thought.
