Actually, to be pure pyro in dark souls 1 you would want attunement for spell slots and 45 dex to reduce the spell casting, of course, you can also just make use of the stat investment to have dex weapons. But the fact that pyromancies don't scale also mean that they don't get as powerful late...

As someone that mainly plays pyro, the stat investment is not a problem, actually, doing pure pyromancy in dark souls 3 is more viable than in 1 (i still preffer 1 a lot of the times). And they added the demon scar, to give even an extra edge to pure pyromancers in the game, it is an amazing...

It depends on the build you have. But the dlcs add cool stuff for every kind of build i think. They give you new sorceries, pyromancies, weapons for pyromancers, stuff for strenght, dex, faith and quality builds, you should be more specific of what you want here. haha.

Yet, Honoka and Raidou have completely different movesets, I find that pretty awesome. Another thing i hope they do, and it would be disappointing if they don't, is to bring the Omega moveset back in some way to the game.
