No you are not the only one ^^, but in fact this is not true. It IS KASUMI's model, once for all, this is not speculation, it's a fact proved by game data. If you want further argument, my previous post can help you.

Kasumi's and Ayane's model are the same in term of "bone" and body. You can swap outfit between those two, and this is pretty easily done. The origin of this outfit belong to a kasumi's one, but can be easily swapped on Ayane. That is what happened in the video with ayane. As i said in "casual...

Actually, it would not be so hard to fight with those dress, and that's why i chose those. If you can dance acrobatic Rock with it, fighting is not a problem. Those are "light" and allow you to move correctly, way better than a jean. In fact, gown like those are pretty good fighting outfit.
