We only know the design of the character, the fact that she is starting on doa x3 is not a good sign , but i'll hold off until we get more info on her.

My main is Ayane, and that decision was made mostly seeing her design and personality on Ninja Gaiden games, where in DOA she is not as cool, but still cool enough, so i just stuck with her.

Witcher 2 was not fun and boring, never tried anything in the series after that.

I also like that Tina, Bass and Eliot had legit character development. The other funny thing is how Ayane is using casual clothing on the chopper, but once she lands, she is back to her ninja gear, wonder if she does a lot of intel gathering dressed casually to blend in.

One thing i noticed only after paying attention at the timeline display, is that Ryu fight with Lisa is what causes that destruction in Tokio, and is right after that that Lisa (probably just after fighting ryu), stumbles on Kokoro.

I honestly gave a lot o thought about that some time ago. Honoka doesn't comprehend the extent of her powers, she sometimes lose control of it in the heat of battle, acting on instinct perharps, and her character development being focused on she trying to control said power.

Like Mama said, is due to her having the same power as raidou (probably for being his daughter like ayane), she also doesn't know the extent or the control of said powers, as 2 of her win quotes kind of imply that.
