It's Kasumi's 28 hair (via DLC tool) 24-29 as I remember are all black hair for Kasumi and very beautiful P.S. As I managed to notice - some hairs may disappear if u abuse hair dlc slots via lnk reshuffle but I've got ok with Kasumi.
