I've never eperienced the delay while playing BB, MK, sc(though sc has slowdown), vf, ah3 or tekken. only noice it when playing ssfae and hdr.

Thats only been found in capcom games. VF5, T6, SC4 have no delay. And I'm gonna get it for both systems. And atm I am starting to think that there may be a console switch for tournaments depending on the number of players for each console. So its a wait and see for now.
