No he did get really high launches its just that his moves took so long to recover from it didn't matter much. They seem to have fixed this so he should be able to use more than just 33k for launches.
His 2 h+k also caused a full trip in doad even if you hit with the end of the move, and it had a lot of range like momijis, I hope it still has the same properties.
Ryus 214p was probably an online exploitable move yeah, but 4 h+k was a great spacing tool. Having the frames on it nerfed really hurts the usage of what in my opinion was ryus best strike.
Momijis 7k will just be more situational now, if the pushback is still enough to prevent throw punishment then only characters with long range options will be able to punish it. It'll be a strange example of attack punishment.
I just remembered, I picked up shadow warrior for ps4 recently on sale, it was awesome. I saw you post about it on Seriously forums. Any thoughts on it?

Welp, that's doad raidou alright... except worse!
His 6 p+k which was a good guard break at +5 or so is now negative! wooo!
And 236k is now -5 when it was +3!
His 4 p+k used to be a guard break uncharged but now it looks to be his power blow...
