The game runs just fine on integrated graphics but you will be turning off shadows, AA, or both. This is all assuming you aren't trying to run it on a several year old computer, mind.

Disable shadows and AA completely and see if it stops. Your CPU isn't super hot so that may be the issue.

Forgot to update this thread: Last Round runs just fine on the Surface Pro but you have to drop to 720p and disable AA and shadows. The game still looks plenty nice, especially on a 10.6" screen.

PC version runs like a champ on my main PC. Now for the true test: running the game on my Surface Pro (1st gen).

Installed it and played a few matches. Runs perfectly for me at 1080p and never so much as stutters. The missing effects are super noticeable after playing the Xbox One version but the game definitely runs well.

Team NINJA is NOT only working on NG4 and just saying that the game was coming doesn't mean it's beyond a design phase at this point. DoA and NG aren't the only things on the docket.

No platform decisions have been made on a game that hasn't even been confirmed in development. Don't believe the internet rumor mill unless it's backed by a ton of information. Platform rumors are generally just fanboy bait.
