I forgot his name but he came up with a true force tech, its BKO throw 33P BKO PP1K. And i can confirm it works. But i prefer BKO throw 4PPK 33P4P, this isnt a true force tech, since they can tech roll but you get the same frame advantage anyways. If they dont force tech then i can do 6P.

Yeah this is the Helena sub forum so its all about her but in the regular forums, there are universal strategies that are helpful.

Hitomi has a really good low kick one that comes out really fast and she recovers from it fast. Helena has a few but most are are true force techs. Brad has a few, Hayabusa and Kokorro. Most fighters have one i think. But not like the DOA4 force teching.

Check out some of Helena's other threads. Theres tons of advice there. Her top moves, some good combo jugglers and critical burst set ups. If you need any help, feel free to message me too.

Well i use 3/8 H+P+K for side stepping, so i could still use 33 for ducking.

Great read. Everything i pretty much agree. And i cant believe i didnt know you can enter back stance from bokuho. And a side step while in bokuho sounds so useful, i never played DOA3 too.

Kinda annoying that its so easy to break. And is Helena even at frame advantage too? I feel like other characters are at a pretty good advantage after a throw break. Didnt really get that sense when my throws were getting broken.

The only use see for that grab is punishing counter spammers. Or doing her 3P+K then F+P since most try to counter her after 3P+K. But it takes a hell a lot of damage so, making it an offensive hold might be too strong, kinda like what the grapplers have. I kinda miss the DOA4 animation of that...

Do you even play on the PS3 though? Ive seen you tons of times on the 360 though.

Didnt wanna make a thread just for this but didnt find one. Whats the timing for Helena's low combo throw. I thought it was right when she punches them in their stomach you click throw but it always gets broken.

Ive actually seem Mila veterans let you break the last punch so they are at frame advantage and the loop begins. But thats why i never try to break the grab.

When team ninja said they are considering costume DLC. I didnt think they would totally milk this aspect. I want everything for DOA5 but seems a little bit pricey for all the costumes.

I hate low holders, even though im sometimes guilty for it. Wish i could make a lobby where if you low hold twice in a row, you just explode.

Seriously. I waited 5 miniutes only to find an F player when searching for A- and above. I think hes glitching because i fought him before but he was a B+, and hes done this before. I think he has a way of changing his grade to earn more points or something.

I like the new DOA5 online but it takes way too long. Im in the same situation as you.

Sounds like a good idea because people in DOA5 are weird. Once helena does he 2H+K they like to low hold afterwards, so this would be useful. People tend to low hold once one low hit comes out. Omegan, maybe you should compile all the ideas you like and edit your first post with them.
