Only MMOs have so far been exempted. Normal competitive multiplayer requires PS+ in all games so far.

Xbox One for sure. I might double dip on PS4 but I still don't have a game to pick a PS4 up for yet. Uncharted will hopefully do it for me.

And DoA4 was the first fighter in the last gen as well. It usually works out for Team NINJA pretty well.

Last Round will very likely be the first 3D fighter on the current gen consoles and that is HUGE. Being the first to do something is generally a large sale driver because people are curious.

Xbox One would likely be a strong contender for platform since they'll have them for Killer Instinct at tournaments. PS4 is possible for Guilty Gear but I'm still pretty sure that'll hit Xbox as well. We'll see after TGS.

You do need PS+ to play online on the PS4.

The Zen Studios guys got the tablet imports working for their pinball platforms across generations so I sincerely doubt anyone will have to pay for DLC again.
