Black Gulch is only hard if you don't have poison resistance gear/items. It's quite short and has a super convenient hidden bonfire by the boss gate.

Royal Rat Authority was a bastard of a boss. Finally shredded it with Soul Vortex but it was a bitch.

Killed the Looking Glass Knight tonight. Probably won't be playing much at all the next few days since I'm going to be playing Wolfenstein but damn is this game ever worth the $37.50 I paid on launch day for it. PC gaming isn't my favorite but it certainly has better deals on new games.
