To be clear, most "top players" and really most enthusiasts will absolutely buy a console for just one game. Killer Instinct drove me to buy an Xbox One. Guilty Gear Xrd (if it ends up being exclusive, which I doubt) and Uncharted both have the power to get me to buy a PS4. Strictly as a value...
Like Diablo III? Companies actually have a habit of announcing multiplatform games for single consoles only to confirm it's also coming to other platforms. That could be because they were given money to not mention competition or that they are still nailing down distribution or a variety of...
Spoken like someone who's never gone to Evo if I had to guess. Unless people aren't participating in any other tournament it's just not feasible to run one on any scale over 10 people. It's pure chaos with pools running constantly and thousands of people milling about. Nobody has time to do a...
They didn't say PS4 exclusive in the interview. They said a PS4 title was in development. Without the full context of the interview it's hard to say for sure what was meant. I sincerely doubt a full, core TN title will be exclusive to any platform the way the market is currently.
Edit functions are pretty sweet.
Anyway, it'd be really awesome. I'll be there regardless since the chance of KI (my other main game at the moment) making it is very high, but playing both of my favorite fighters would be sweet. Already have my room at Caesar's Palace (because FUCK the LVH...
So far. Fulgore won't be a true troll. Spinal laughs at you during his run, his taunt, his skeleport, and his outro. He has options for most situations (except when he gets hit with a hard knockdown without skulls or meter) too so he's pretty solid.
He's much better now and improving as I go. He's a lot of fun. I was only maining Jago because I didn't like most of the existing cast. Spinal is my new main and I'm anticipating Fulgore will step into that role when he launches. Double Helix knows how to make a fun character.
You can definitely get better but I wouldn't expect to be in top eight without some serious training and slacking on your other responsibilities. Most of the active tournament players, especially @SweetRevenge117 are willing to get games in. You just have to make the most of the time you have...
