You can't SE any of the advantage from Pai's throws. So I do not know where you are getting that information from. Crush moves will crush her 11i mid. It has skin close range and if Tina or any character that has a crush that can buffered by 33 will go under her mid. 4P is another story, use that on her instead. It's a frame slower but it's against Tina so it doesn't really matter. .
