I believe Kokoro falls between Hybrid and Choking Rushdown style.

Kokoro is rushdown mostly, but she has some spacing tools that are pretty useful. Her KBD is speedy as well.

She has a lot of re-tracks. PK, P2K, 6P6P, 6KP, 6P+KP, and 66P. Those are your viable options.
