Regarding Mila in particular. Her damage output is one her strengths but not using juggles your in theory "nerfing" her.

Here's the thing. Why limit yourself and your character because of style preference? If your playing to win and master your character I would say one never reaches that level until the can pull off everything the character can do flawlessly when the situation calls for it.
