Thats weird....You should be able to punish...You can just try to buffer 4T and let go after the move is blocked. I believe that it should increase your chances of punishing it...But I dont know what else to say to be honest. Just keep on trying until you can get it consistent =[

Well I just tested it. I was able to consistently punish with Rachel's own 4T every time. I was also able to punish with both 6k and 6p which are 13 frames. In what type of environment are you trying to throw punish but get CH?

The move is -15 on block so 1PP is -15 on block so you can pretty much do whatever you please
