Well for combo throws I know you can buffer the movement and then the timing just needs to be a bit early. Just experiment with hitting it before the combo throw notice pops up.

If there's delay you just need to put it in early. You can practice with online delay in training mode on.

If it was 15 or 20 I'd consider it but I was planning on buying either Under Night or Guilty Gear this week and I'm not going to prioritize some costumes over that.
