Honestly, I wouldn't put her in any tier since she has no metagame yet. But as you say, maybe mid-tier or so until she gets polished.

If you get 1 kick out, that means you teleported late in the teleport window or you hit the K too late which will cause you to whiff. Happens to me all the time.

I agree, no way is it harder than basic SF4 links. Literally, the only hard thing about her is the teleport timing.. she's not that hard to use. I'd say Akira is as hard, if not harder than 1-frame links.

No problem. Just relax, her teleport windows aren't as harsh as it seems really. Take your time and get the rhythm down or look for timing in her grunts.

This might be because I mainly use stick to play fighting games.. but I find her to be quite easy to use on stick than pad (I use pad with Pai only, don't ask me why..).
