It is because they are aggravated by having to deal with an OS that sucks the will to live out of a person with needing all kinds of updates every twenty minutes, this translates into jealously of console gamers that is masked by a superiority complex. :D

I do not think that the family share plan was worth getting excited over given the full explanation of it, which revealed the family share plan would allow people in one's 'family' to play a demo version of a game for 15 minutes to an hour, then after that they would be prompted to buy the title...

I do not know, it would not have been profitable for them to keep the DRM policies in place while keeping the family share plan. Publishers are complaining about used games killing their profits but this is under the assumption that every and all persons who buy used games would have bought them...

I agree, I was particularly giving the Xbox One/PC equation to denote the vastly similar DRM policies and restrictions on used/lending/trading games as a joke (which the Xbox One pretty much is). M$ has forgotten the main reasons why gamers buy consoles.
