I believe character themes are unlocked at random character levels. However, it seems like they unlock in a set order. It will always be the character’s theme from DOA5/4, then 3, then 2, then 1.

So... It’s OK to sexualize and put these little girls, who all look like they’re between the ages 10-14, in sexy and revealing clothes (or lack there of); but a close-up of them being punched in the face, IN A FIGHTING GAME, is an issue? OK.

It would honestly be extremely fucked up if PS4 didn’t get them individually when Xbox does. Hope it’s just a mistake or miscommunication for the sake of PS4 players.
