Gen Fu is sorta the jigglypuff (smash) of doa. Has every reason to be cut but is a pure legacy pick from the first game. Compared to most fighters doa is very generous with keeping its roster so I think they'll all make it eventually, but I'd even bet gen fu being in at launch.
