Ein has stronger keepout and zoning capability than Hitomi. His bounds are also significant whereas hers are simply ass because she is too busy shouting "OSU!". Other than that Hitomi is better than him at everything else except damage in some, not all cases.

I'm not in support of moves intended for whiff punishment and distance crushing being + on block. Give 3H+K safety. Saying you guys are ok with +on block 3H+K is like saying you support Hitomi's 3H+K getting +frames. EDIT: Nvm. Busa needs a little help so he can have it.
