The mentality of the change is helena's 33p4p is safe on block/hit. Only a grappler can punish her( or lol 2p). I disagree with this change a lot though.

66p reverted to vanilla properties where it caused a knockdown on counter hit also 66p can also be performed in bokuho and double rising hands(old 66p) in bokuho have been changed to 3+pk
