I mean Eliza's back ground involves Lille's family imprisoned her. Not only that, Lillie calls her "sister". So it's possible we would have more on that in the future. Heck when the Mishima Bloodline is resolved Lillie could potentially be the next main character because of this.

I think they might have something in store for Lillie with the involvement of Eliza.
