I think the game has been opened up. There is an application over at XenTax that lets you unpack and repack the bin/ink files that contain all the models and stuff. Edit: Don't think you can do anything yet though not sure

Well he did say the textures are being remade in 4k so it is HD i guess because according to some people on the other forum, the PC textures are straight 360 rips :o
