OK, so few things to add:
- :4::h+k:, as Fatal said, is good launcher, BUT :2::P::P: won't connect if you extend stun with :P: (or :P::P: after :4::P::P::P:).
- :7::P: is really bad move. It's -11 ON HIT. If you look for something guaranteed after :8::K: then use :3::P:. It's 2 frames faster and...
