From what I played (0.95) at Hot Import Nights, yes, the game is at a constant 60fps (why wouldn't it?), and the new sidestep is smooth. Movement feels really good, better than previous, IMO.

In-N-Out here in NorCal. I remember eating Rally's back in Ohio; it was OK.

TTT2 is a really unbalanced game with all of those characters. I'm calling it now: it's going to have a shelf life the same length as Marvel vs. Capcom 3, which is also really unbalanced. People are dropping MvC3 so fast, there's really big talk of it not being at EVO next year.
