If you check latest media section they had new costumes but shown in the build. Lf had her classic tennis suit from doa3 and hitomi had a new skirt with a bear shirt.

There are still force techs and pseudos, they're just harder to do. As a Helena player I was basically forced to play her one way thanks to PFTs and the like, now she's looking to be a much more diverse character.

No idea, I didn't see a new hair style for Sarah in that build even though they showed it in the DLC batch. I doubt they've shown everything esthetically in the box.

She already got a lot of safety(-5) on all her open palm moves in 1.03 GB into BKO, BT stance being more accessible from her move set, and bt throw still has its guaranteed set ups, makes her very good. 66p stunning opens up a lot of options at mid range as well. Plus 3 new taunts? That's 1...

I think he'll be a very well rounded mid tier character at worst. His OHs will fill any gaps he has at close range and help him deal with crush/low heavy characters. His basic tools still look great at mid space.

I don't think parries, sabaki's, etc. . . . are going to make and break characters. Hitomi has a punch parry and is still considered one of the worst characters in the game. I think his OHs will take him very far.

Without looking at frame data and safety she has a much stronger neutral game, but everyone got nerfed FT wise system wise. I think she'll be better, but the Helena player will have to completely change how they approach the character.
