Ya, it gets very boring but I am so attached to the series that I CANNOT let a day go by without playing. One of the main reasons I got a 3ds was so I can play doa when I don't have direct access to my xbone. These days, I HAVE to play either last round or dimensions at least for a few minutes...

Sadly yes, I no longer have an xbox live gold subscription (not interested in renewing). Besides, the few times I have played online I lag so much the game becomes unplayable for me. Once I get a PS4, I'll see if I can have better luck there but I'm not sure I want to buy the game a 4th time.

I can only fight against Jann with the tv/3ds muted If I ever lose to him, I take out my frustrations by beating his level 1 ai for several rounds then get him beat up by level 8 ai in team battle mode and then keep watching his lose pose I now only ever use Marie to lose just to watch her cry...

Try going thru the previous games then, looking past how weak the gameplay of the first game was compared to the later ones, they are all worth playing.

I am quite obsessed fond of Tina's "Nice fight, hon" pose. I actually sometimes once spent over an hour just going to watch mode and watching her do that pose in different costumes and stages.

Stick with the pistol until you get better guns, pistols are the best guns overall for the first game; I started with both a soldier and vanguard and found the vanguards pistol much easier to use early on than the soldier's rifle

Are you aiming from cover? there is less scope sway that way. also, which class are you using? only the infiltrator and soldier classes can use snipers by default.

Mai is DEFINITELY a guest and seeing how she never gets any costume at all means she wont for this pack as well. Do you mean their costumes or them in general? Either way, your right.

I never would have expected her getting a crossover costume, I guess that means she really is NOT just a guest character. Im surprised it took them this long for her to get crossover.

You can skip out on the dlcs from the first game, those werent very good and have little impact in the next games (the first dlc mission is free though). Its not recommended that you play 3 without playing the dlc missions from 2, many of the actions you make in those will carry over to 3...
