    Texture Editing (PC)

I don't think the tool will see an edit version, that would involve some really serious calculations to replace a file in the exact location, and then adjust locations of all other files. I'm assuming the reason it is designed that way is to only have to write a new checksum and not have to...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Oh good point, I didn't realize there was issue with multiple packs... I've had four single packs running plus 3 official so far. Did you always have them named with numbers and not letters?

    Texture Editing (PC)

Keep, in mind they have had a lot of other things to work on like THE ENTIRE ENGINE,characters, animations, stages, online, etc, etc... that contribute to the process that still act as a vehicle for people to be able to make mods and put them into it... @ChrisArmoun, Awesome work on that Mila...

    Hidden moves

Every? Guess I never bothered to look into the others I wasn't aware of. Are they all listed in the move lists? Don't recall every seeing stuff for Bass, Rachel, Momiji, etc.

    PC: Community Mod Resources

There's plenty of opportunity to do that for the 360 models, to even practice and edit. PC models are only visible in a program called Noesis at the moment. They can be exported as .obj, or even pulled into 3dsmax using Ninja Ripper, but those methods are useless for modding purposes. Best bet...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Not yet, until someone resolves the checksum in the game.exe. Only costumes are editable at the moment. There's a link from the Community Mod Resources thread in the first page, I think. I thought Kronin posted a link to it if not the other utils at least.

    Texture Editing (PC)

Ah, I didn't spend much time on finding stuff in uMod, but using the Texture Tool will cut down the time of looking for specific stuff and can be repackaged on a per costume basic. Each costume has the included sweat/water texture. It outputs to dds which I've had no alpha / transparency issues...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Are you attempting to use uMod/TexMod to find the images or the Texture Tool?

    DLC Costumes

Still unknown at the moment. Remaining Season Pass packs are just May/June with no details. :-/

    PC: Community Mod Resources

Audio modding has always been very low on the priority list for DOA modding, unless you or a couple other people are really interesting in digging into the file data it's doubtful such a thing will happen anytime soon. It's not so much an issue of them hiding it. It's more an issue of...

  14. The Enforcer

    Texture Editing (PC)

There isn't much reason to bring drama from another forum into this one. I find it interesting that people there are on the right track, but at the same time doing it the long way. XD I saw a script on xentax for what they're trying to do manually.

    Texture Editing (PC)

Thanks, no, I saw that. I was just wondering if I was misunderstanding the process... As in are people just trying values in the DLC Tool, or is that all there is?
  16. The Enforcer

    Texture Editing (PC)

Probably not at the moment since there is no PC importer. If people converted the changes to 360 or something, it would be possible. ------ Was there a posted tutorial on the hair swap ordeal, or are people just trying random numbers? I'm surprised that other numbers are working above the...

Strong chance of $10, would make costumes $1.25 a piece. It's rare to see the volume price at $1 other than Halloween-esque stuff.

    DOA5LR PC-version information collection

From recent experience, a lot of the chatter I ran into was that AMD wasn't as dominant as it was a few years ago. There were few AMD based machines that I saw in comparison to i5 & i7. I also heard that newer i5's are stronger than older i7's. I'm no expert, so some of that may need to be...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Helena, Lisa, Rachel, Tina all have the same body structures, so there wasn't a need to fix the neck seem under this circumstance. The same for all of the Kasumi,Ayane,Phase 4 swaps. There still aren't tools yet to switch say a Helena costume & Kokoro. They have different body structures...
