Yes that is the Falcon Arrow throw. I see why its considered bad, only good thing about it is its Hi-Counter damage that's guaranteed since it isn't a combo throw. And trying to do a ground throw after is risky and impractical. The throw just really bad since there is just nothing she can do...

I guess they called her the brains since she's the protagonist therefore making her role important in the games(like how the brain is important to the body), so I guess it makes sense that way.

If only you could put certain characters in Japanese and certain characters in English...

For me, I usually go into training while listening to certain music that gets me hyped up(like the OST from DBZ BT games) and release all of my anger on the characters I despise.
