hmm in that situation it seems that Jann Lee backed far away enough that it whiffed. Also Tina's moonsault may have a different hitbox than Lisa's own (I have no idea, just a thought). It doesn't seem to extend to Lisa's legs from what I saw in the video

who knew giving a character a faint stun could be a nerf

NONE T-T.. I have tried all those options listed and others but to no avail. -High strikes will not work because of the faint stun animation. It causes the opponent to fall backwards that any highs will whiff. (i.e PP ) -Low strikes will not work because she does not has any moves fast enough...

The problem is that since the move is so slow that I'm not going to be throwing it out there fishing for a CH. If it was faster I would not mind the change. Unnecessary change IMO Also the damage buffs to 9KK and PPKK are insignificant since its a bad string
