Phase's speeds are 9/12/12 while Alpha's are 9/13/12 as far as I know. Apart from their 2P's, Phase also has a faster high crush with 1P as well as faster mid kicks with 3K and 6K (beside their 7K's). For everything else, they have almost the same speeds, so Alpha isn't faster across the board.

To open up Phase 4 is not harder for Alpha in any way as to open up other strikers with the same speeds. Due to her unsafe nature, Phase still has to be careful with attempts for counter-poking, because Alpha has a mid parry that relativates the thread of half of her counter-poking tools and as...

What if TN would make a clone of Phase 4? This way, people won't be able to complain about the game having too many Kasumi clones.

Phase 4 does not deserve to get frame advantage on block because she is not a momentum based character like Rig. Also, allowing her to teleport on block and making her moves safer would make her way to braindead indeed, due to the reasons @Yurlungur stated. I could post this in the wishlist...

The only thing I think TN could change is giving her 6P one or two points more damage. Her main counter-hit tool should not lose against some i11 mids from other strikers, especially even not if they are at -1 disadvantage.
