I didn't watch the vid, but if that has the nude mod, may want to pull it before someone removes it.

    Texture Editing (PC)

uMod is reading the images in between the time the are decrypted from the game files and before they are placed into system memory. Umod then replaces the desire image with a different one. Once the game data is broken down it will be possible to choose specific things. Can you send me your...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Once utility files get rebuilt, it won't be that big of a deal. Right now it's an issue because are being intercepted before putting them into memory. Once files are decrypted we should be able to get images by costume, container, level, etc.

Already PM'ed where I used to see it, I don't recall the name.

Downloadable, not that I'm aware of, but utilities do exist to pull from NG3 / Razor's Edge. Not sure what is out there for NG 1 & 2.

All good, alt colors are cool, was just thinking she'd still need blonde for any Alma tribute. Rachel did have brown alternates, but I think it was only in the Vita versions of Sigma 2.

Interesting choices. Why brown? Alma was still blond too ;) Also, I'd have to look through my stuff, but it would be possible to use Alma's eyes from NG resources, might be kind of trippy.

Yep, just post here, and I'll add it. Until Mr. Wah, or TN says otherwise, non adult / non piracy mods are okay. http://www.freestepdodge.com/threads/community-mod-resources.5565/

    Texture Editing (PC)

Repacking shouldn't be a problem. Consoles ran perfectly fine with uncompressed data in the original bin files. The references to the original location only needed to be updated to the new location of the new uncompressed file. There was simply a flag to identify if a file was compressed or...

Classic, Pre-Scar Bayman Used diffuse / normal textures from opening 'cut' scene (lol) *** @ChrisArmoun Nice job, that turned out better than I expected for early limitations. :)

    DLC Costumes

It isn't, it was in the descriptions on PS4/XBO when it went live. If they did, it would screw over people who already own that stuff because they then paid a second time for something they already own. Pre order content not included.

    Texture Editing (PC)

Cool, already added. Some of his body ones may not have transparency, but any dangling ribbons might. The alpha layer should be grayscale. I think black represents completely transparent areas. Areas to hide should be made the same color as those parents already hidden.
  16. The Enforcer

    Texture Editing (PC)

Changing the alpha layer will only work if it's a mesh piece that already has transparency. Costumes have flags for that kind of stuff, so for now the mask probably won't work. For example: Any fish net textures, mummy ribbons, etc would disappear if the alpha layer is manipulated. Also, how...

    Texture Editing (PC)

Specular textures can be altered, so you can get some stuff really close, BUT each costume also has its own surface properties. Different mesh pieces may use different values. Body & clothing are almost always different, so even with editing the texture one may/may not be as shiny as the other.

    DLC Costumes

Oh, and can't believe I missed the 'obvious' that's Rachel's hammer is it not? Possibly from NG1/Sigma?
  19. The Enforcer

    Texture Editing (PC)

It'll be easiest to start with color alterations. For this example, you'll be working with multiple textures. You would have to color the body texture separately which also has different surface properties than the clothing which may not match. Start with the colors for now, but a more...
