Ryu can't move sideways while guarding (I don't count moving 1mm/hour as a"moving"). He clearly doesn't have a walking animation in guard mode (like the move-while-aiming with the bow in Sigma 2). Also, if Momiji can double jump, why not Ryu? If you disagree, say why.
