The thing is, Eliot has options to open his opponents up. He has parries and sabakis and good lows and reliable mids. After that it's just a matter of playing the stun game, which is easy for Eliot. Phase 4 has none of that.

The thing with P4 is... She has all this crazy shit she can do, and her damage is absolutely insane, but she needs to open her opponent up to be able to use any of it. And she can't do that. She has nothing to work with at neutral. So yeah, she's total shit and still the worst in the game imo...

IMO if they would just return the 2K mixups to 6P and PP6P I'd be happy. A low hit out of Chifu would also be nice.

Phase 4 is easy to use once you get the timing down. Also, 8T changes into an air grab when you launch, with faster startup.
