You're right. I think it's safer. I can imagine something like: "The votes of all people who has voted for more than three costumes, won't count for the contest".

Do you think that "liking" the page before the votes start will be a necessary condition to vote? It could be a good way to minimize cheating. ... but I don't see how TN can stop people liking their page after... I don't know. Could they send a private mail to their follower to vote?
