Because he is not the doa2 one. Everything he have in doa5u come from doa4. In any case, the improved Ein would be Hitomi, not Hayate. And besides, Ein is way more interesting and cooler than Hayate.

Owning moves from all of the cast is always better for me than owning moves from only one character, but on steroids.
