Some of these changes are lookin' pretty good! I can save ya some time. In the case of Tina, there is no mesh for the top, it's all texture driven, meaning setting the texture to alpha will make most of the mesh disappear.

Pai's is slightly darker with more of a solar pattern. Leifang's has more orange/white and a floral pattern. But otherwise highly similar. Based on videos I can't tell if they shoes are different color or not.

This has already been addressed. Season Pass does NOT included pre-order content. It is (or at least was) listed in the marketplace descriptions.

Fair enough reason, lol. It seems like there is less people now that aren't on here as well. DOAW feels like it's gathering cobwebs. :-/

Aww yeah! Rachel looks awesome! Glad to get one for Alpha! & I really like Lisa's. Thanks for posting those, Yuffie.

I didn't work with the hairstyle, so possibly. Chances are better with that one than the headband. It depends on whether TN felt the need to remove mesh parts to prevent clipping. The headband looks wide enough that the hair meshes may be complete, but I'd have to inspect it.

If Phas4 had no logo, you'd have to switch Kasumi's later which probably has a separate logo file. That looks good for working with the available mesh. Sarcasm too strongk! I know right... how is this so foreign a concept? XD Surely, developers clearly aren't worth their salt unlike hobby...

DOA can use TGA, however objects that have no transparency to begin with require editing beyond messing with the alpha layer. Possible? Yes. With the current tools? No With the eventual tools, will it be simple? No. If you want to use that same hairstyle and remove the headband, there will...

Umm, fast progress has been occurring because all of this was already done for consoles. Latest working updates have been completed by the people who have paved the way on consoles. There was even a 3dsmax script, so even the conversion for that is not going to take that long. *** @Rikuto...

That's different situation entirely, in that TK still has grounds for pulling. It's using their assets in another game. It's legit for them to pull that. It's just that most developers don't bother... other than Nintendo... TN has plenty of damage control their hoping to do right now, so if a...

I'm not debating effort that goes into modding, I'm fully aware of how much time one can spend. You have to consider how the company will perceive it. Even if you made the textures, everything else in the game is still intellectual property that belongs to Team Ninja / Koei Tecmo. Right now...

I'm still skeptical until hear something official. Also... Donations for mods? Really? I'm fairly sure that's not going to fly if higher ups catch wind of that.

All I can say is Steam discussion has no evidence of fact yet. The video had a topless mod end of story. Until there's proof that safe mods are pulled or Team Ninja says there's a problem, I wouldn't panic. Steam threads are saturated with juveniles who haven't yet learned how to keep their...

Water vs Sweat breakdown Sweat All characters have a sweat texture for their body. Obviously for those with more clothes, less of that water/sweat texture is visible. Over the course of combat, the initial body texture is overlaid with the sweat/water texture. Certain actions increase this...

I believe the animated sweat comes from a file in the common.bin and not the character one, plus it likely be hard to detect black and white image. It'll be a matter of trial and error in finding it or waiting until we can use the decrypted files. Two other things to check. Any lingering...

Oh ok, I thought that the unpacker was at least finished. I've edited a few things within to get it running, but it still seems to be missing stuff.

I'm not good with file decryption based code, but it looks like the app is small. I can understand some python as far as structure, but not enough to write something like that. I don't know what it does yet, since it didn't do anything when I ran it. I'm not expecting much for differences in...

@Fiend Busa Did you have any success with the extractor? To me it looks like it's supposed to just do texture files, but I can't get it to do anything.
