Technically, it's quite conceivable. Characters already have texture sets to accommodate water, sweat and dirt. TN would only have to add additional textures that have more transparency near torn edges. We've already seen this in various costumes like mummies & Kokoro's tropical costume...

Other than Amazon.com Germany from what I've read, it's not possible to have them all for PS4 without multiple pre-orders. XD
