So, I found a character specialist to help out with the next vid. At least I can now confidently say certain things are max damage after running it through him. On a side note, I found a 198DMG guaranteed cliffhanger combo with this character. (There's ur 2nd hint ;) )

Phase 4 is incredible... I hate Kasumi and I love Phase 4 so much. It's so rewarding playing her.
