You can. It really is a super simple process. The hardest parts are cable management and not shitting your pants when you clamp the processor down into it's home in the MOBO.

As someone who owns both a high end PC and a PS4 I completely agree with you, and it would be a shame if they gave PS4 the Tekken 7 treatment. PC Tekken 7 looks leagues better than console.
