If you got a low rig pc/laptop you can squeeze some extra performance by setting the priority of the game to high through the task manager eh depending on how well the game is optimized you could get 60fps at low settings at sub 720p most likely or even higher

2.8ghz is fine aslong as you have a decent 4 core processor since amd cpus are usually weaker per core compared to intel But DOA isnt something amazing that does crazy calculations so you will be fine plus almost all min and recommend specs are far above whats actually required

The mainstream laptops wont be able to Im thinking you going to need a 750m/765m or equivalent for high settings + 60fps

Now give us NG trilogy for PC, I would be so happy
