Well DOA has a bad netcode. Aside from that, anyone can pick it up and start pressing buttons...... Due to the netcode, while in lag vs a spammer, its in the spammer's favor..... or in the favor of whoever has the faster character. But without lag spammers are in trouble. They will get held and...

Great ways to get a CB eh? Well for me I always use a sitdown stun then do a CB but if not, just wait for the other guy to hold then use the CB. They won't hold it because you'll be hitting them during the recovery frame. I'll give you an example: Christie- 214p 4k 214p *wait for hold* BOOSH...

Button delay is far worse than regular lag. Especially if your the slower character in the match....
