Alpha's speed is overrated. She doesn't even have an i11 mid punch, or an i12 mid, she's stuck with an i13 mid for some bizarre reason.

Game changing combo's is most likely: Power Launcher > Big Combo! I doubt characters have any really NEW combo's... unless you're Kasumi who always gets more attention than the rest of the cast combined.
