Personally, I prefer an all-green one so Mila can look like Kakyoin but the all-white looks good (if you'll make the bandages a little grayish). I can recognize the art style is similar to an artist from Pixiv.

Well that is true but one thing that I noticed in most of the 5/5U dresses is that there is a presence of a slit (either on the sides or at the back) which might allow ease of movement.

How she will do her kicks and how to intercept it with a hold is going to be a problem with that dress.
