Downloaded and messing around in training mode. Game seems interesting in it's own way but FYI, I really bought it to support Mike Z. I'll see how the locals treat it but I'm on the fence on grinding it out with this game atm.

I'm sure a lot of people here feel the same way, I'm thinking more about hype and exposure. For the most part DOA5 is going to appeal to 3D fighter (Tekken/SolCal) players. Some may have tried VF5, others DOA5, but why play something "similar" when you can have the "real" thing?

I don't think Hitomi's as bad as people say since I've gotten use to the demo, but I'm not against further touch ups.If anything they should fix her neutral stance. Someone said it should be more like DOA3's and less "bouncy". Add a sprinkle of SF Makoto, I down with that. :ayane: is spot on...

OF COURSE! Damn they don't do intros like these anymore. Sure some of the plots were absurd and such, and the premise was just to get me to by sugar and plastic but damn, I liked a time when after school I didn't need cable to watch cartoons.

Not to toot my own horn, but I made this suggestion WAAAAAAY Back on DOAC and people thought I was crazy. Funny when Capcom put it in SSF4 it was the best thing since sliced bread. I'm not bitter :ayane:
