Depends on the character/jumping move. Mila's jumping punch is a mid. Akira's jumping kick is a high.

4P and 6P+K have extended frames on whiff? I must have missed that.

I don't know about anyone else, but I very rarely go for a CB anymore. With all of his launchers, there really is no point to constantly go for a CB.

My only gripe are the moves that have had additional recovery frames when it WHIFFS. I'm fine with it on block. I adjusted, and I'm comfortable with it again. If I throw a 46P and an opponent low counters, I shouldn't be the one at the disadvantage.

That number ranks your top 3 character point characters. That is used to identify if your opponent is going at you with their main, secondary, or tertiary character.

So I found a way to actually get ranked matches. Plug a monitor up next to the TV and watch a whole show before an opponent is found.
